Quality & Trust

Overview Only real, reachable people become leads Knowing who is worth your time is only useful if the knowing can be trusted. Before LeadLogiX prices anything it checks whether the person is real, whether you can actually reach them, and it keeps the evidence behind every judgement — so a number your team doubts can be opened rather than argued about. Is this a real person? — the vetting gate

Is this a real person? — the vetting gate Five integrity checks, each run two ways. Every session is screened across five dimensions — fraud / scam risk , geographic fidelity , conversational authenticity , financial credibility , and intent certainty . Each one is judged twice — by deterministic rules and by AI — and the two are fused into a single risk. If any dimension crosses the safe line, the lead is suppressed outright — no matter how high its quality score. Try it:

Can you actually reach them? — reachability

Can you actually reach them? — reachability A perfect lead you can't phone is worthless. Every channel checked Each phone and email is validated and given a real probability of reaching the person — not a guess. Freshness matters Older, recovered contact details are discounted, so a stale number doesn't look as good as a fresh one. Honest zero No validated way to reach someone means a reachability of zero — never a hopeful default.

Every lead is auditable — the integrity trail

Every lead is auditable — the integrity trail Traceable to the source, verifiable step by step. Each lead carries a complete, versioned and time-stamped ledger of how it was scored: every statistic that was computed, from how many comparable leads, and every one that couldn't be computed and why. There are no silent steps . Because the math is reproducible, feeding the same inputs back always returns the same numbers — so any lead can be traced back to the original conversation and re-verified line by line. Versioned Stamped with the exact engine and calibration versions in force at scoring time. Reproducible Same inputs in, same score out — the record can be recomputed and checked. Complete Inputs, results, and the “couldn't compute” cases are all recorded — nothing hidden. Built to be defended Open any lead in the Clearing Pool inspector to see its trail. This is what lets buyers prove compliance, track ROI precisely, and defend how a lead was scored and priced. The honesty contract LeadLogiX never papers over a gap with a neutral guess, and it distinguishes two kinds of gap. When a component fails — a check that should have run and did not — the lead is degraded and flagged for reprocessing. When the answer is simply not in the evidence — an address that does not resolve to a market LeadLogiX covers, or too few comparable leads to build a baseline — that is recorded by name on the lead and it processes normally, because reprocessing cannot produce a fact the conversation never contained. Either way you get the named reason rather than a confident-looking number. A number you can't trust is worse than an honest “not yet known.”

The same rigor recognizes customers

The same rigor recognizes customers Evidence-verified — never a blind merge The identity checks that confirm who a lead is also decide when two conversations belong to the same person . Before any conversations join a Customer Profile , the match is re-verified from the actual conversations, and every link carries its confidence — if the evidence disagrees they're kept separate, if it's uncertain it's held out. Matching tolerates the small differences voice conversations produce — a nickname, an accent mark, a spelling slip in a name won't split a real customer in two — but a close-but-different name is never enough on its own to join two conversations. You'll never find two different people fused into one profile (see Customer Profiles ).
