API Playground

Developer Reference The API Playground A browser client for the ingestion API. Mint and revoke keys, and submit real requests against the live endpoints in sandbox mode, with the status timeline and conformance notes shown as they arrive. It issues the same calls your code will, which makes it the shortest way to tell a malformed request from a misconfigured pipeline. Find it: Settings > API Playground. admins mint keys; anyone with a key can test

Use it to answer three questions

Use it to answer three questions Each one is faster here than in your own code. Question How the Playground answers it “Is my request malformed, or is the pipeline unhappy?” It issues the same call your code does. If it succeeds here and fails in your code, the difference is in your request — not in LeadLogiX. “Why was my session rejected?” Conformance notes arrive in the timeline naming the missing keys. Compare them against the metadata contract on Session object . “What does a finished lead actually look like?” Watch the status poll to a terminal state, then open the lead in the Clearing Pool to see what the pipeline produced from your payload. Sandbox first, and it is a real switch Sandbox runs exercise the whole pipeline but never touch production leads, reporting or billing. Switching to Live needs a payment method on the workspace. When you are ready to write code, Quickstart is the same flow in curl, Node and Python.

What it does

What it does Two panels, side by side. Manage keys Admin Generate ingestion keys, give each a label (e.g. “Voice Bot — West Team”), and activate, deactivate, or revoke them. New keys are shown once — copy them right away. Test ingestion Live Paste a key, pick a processor mode, and send a real POST /api/v1/sessions — then watch the status poll update live until the lead is processed.

Mint a key

Mint a key Name it Give the key a label that says where it'll be used. The workspace's identity is attached automatically. Generate & copy The full val_key__… value appears once. Copy it into your backend or secret manager now — you won't see it again. Manage it later Toggle a key inactive to pause it, or revoke it to kill it immediately. Both take effect at once.

Test a session safely

Test a session safely Sandbox is on by default — nothing touches production. Paste your key and keep Sandbox on Sandbox writes the test lead to an isolated namespace, so your real Clearing Pool and reports stay clean. The toggle clearly shows sandbox_* vs lead_* . Pick a Session ID and processor mode Use any id (there's a “generate random” button), then pick a processor mode. The picker offers 2 (REALESTATE), plus 1 and 0 on the Unlimited plan. Other lines of business — 3 (LIFE_INSURANCE_US) — are sent by posting to /api/v1/sessions directly; the Playground's copy-ready cURL is the fastest way to do that, with the processor value changed. Send — and watch it flow The Playground shows the exact JSON and a copy-ready cURL, fires the request, then streams the live pipeline timeline: accepted → queued → processing → processed, plus any conformance notes. It's the same code your Agents hit The Playground calls the real endpoints exactly as an AI Agent would — so if it works here in sandbox, it works in production. Flip Sandbox off only when you deliberately want a real lead.
