Built for How You Work

Product Built for your business, then handed to you Fitted to what you sell and how you qualify — without a data team to build it, or one to run it afterwards.

Who this is for

Who this is for Fit Companies where the conversation decides whether somebody buys, and nobody has a quarter to spend on a platform project. Too serious for a chatbot A scripted widget cannot answer, verify and book. Too small for a build The enterprise version of this is a platform team and two quarters. Selling something considered Insurance, services, high-value goods — anything that takes more than one visit. Already running a CRM Yours stays the system of record.

Configured with you, run by you

Configured with you, run by you The split The hard configuration happens once, with people who do it daily. Nothing in the right-hand column needs us afterwards. We set up You control, from day one The agents: what they know, ask, and may say Their answers, their tone, the questions they lead with The scoring calibration for your market The quality floor your team works above The CRM connection and the fields it writes Which leads sync, when, and under what tags The first automations and schedules Everything after — new rules, alerts, recipients Roles and who sees what People, permissions and the tags each agent works

How far it bends

How far it bends Range Same platform, different instructions — an insurer asks about coverage and renewal dates, a lender about affordability, a services firm about scope and start dates. Your own signals on the lead Anything your agents capture that LeadLogiX does not model natively, visible to the roles you choose. Automation without a developer Alert this channel, sync those leads, email that report — configured and scheduled, not written. A real API when you have one Published endpoints and standards-based authorization. Your stack, your rules Which sources feed profiles, scoring context and reporting is decided with you, at configuration. Two lines of business are installed and live today, Real Estate and Life Insurance (US), each with its own facts, roles, cohorts and price ladder. A new line is built and calibrated with you — see one engine, calibrated per line of business .

An AI assistant can work with your leads

An AI assistant can work with your leads Your other tools Only with your permission, and only for what you allow: the software your team already uses — an AI assistant, a sales tool, something a partner built — can be given access to this workspace without anyone copying a password anywhere. How it starts The application asks. You see exactly what it wants, in plain words, and approve or decline each part. What it can see Only what you allowed. Customer names and phone numbers are a separate permission from the leads themselves, and each contact channel is cleared for AI use one at a time. What it can do Read, by default. It can only make your workspace act — send a message, push to your CRM — if you approve that separately, and then only through the specific automations we publish for it. Staying in control Every application is listed under Connected Apps with who approved it and when it was last used. Cut one off and its access ends immediately. You are handing over a key to one room, not to the building. Anything an application does appears in your own run history, named, beside the work your schedules did — so the record does not depend on the application telling you.

What you can check, and how plans work

What you can check, and how plans work Before you ask Nothing below is a benchmark or a customer quote — each is a property of how the platform is built, and something you can inspect yourself. A scoring ledger on every lead Versioned and time-stamped: the inputs, the engine version, and every statistic that could not be computed, by name. Recomputable from the record The same recorded inputs return the same score and price. Pricing is plain code with no AI in it. Suppressed means unsold A lead that fails an integrity gate is never offered for sale and never billed. Delivered to your CRM exactly once Each lead is delivered, confirmed, then marked — never sent twice. How plans work There are two plans. On Pay-Per-Lead, each lead you procure is billed at its recorded price. On Unlimited, a subscription covers every lead, and each one is still itemized on the invoice at $0.00. What a plan costs for your volume is quoted on request; how invoices are built is in Billing & Plans .

What it takes to begin

What it takes to begin Starting What is involved From your side Somebody who knows what a good lead looks like, access to your CRM, and a decision about where the agent should appear. From ours The agent build, the calibration, the CRM mapping and the first automations. Ongoing A workspace your admin runs — people, tags, schedules, numbers. If you outgrow it Sub-workspaces for teams or regions, with billing that stays consolidated. Tell us what you sell and how a good customer usually arrives. Reach us at sales@evas.live .
