Billing & Plans

Billing & Plans Know what you are charged for and when, pay invoices, and keep the workspace from being suspended. Find it: Organization > Billing & Invoices. admin only — sub-workspaces roll up to the parent Before you start: An administrator role. Sub-workspace charges roll up to the parent, so this is the parent's admin. A payment method, if you want charges collected automatically rather than paying each invoice.

Paying invoices

Paying invoices Add a card once Payment Methods → add a card through Stripe → set it as default. LeadLogiX never sees or stores the raw card number. Invoices are charged automatically on their due date. No card, or auto-pay off? Open the invoice and press Pay now Paying happens inside the invoice, never from the list. Auto-pay itself is an account setting — contact us to change it. Confirm the amount and the card Nothing is charged until you confirm. The invoice shows your confirmation number, the card used, your bank's authorisation code and a link to the payment provider's receipt. Quote the confirmation number in any question about a charge. Invoices move through Paid Open Past due , and email notifications link straight to the invoice.

Two ways to be billed

Two ways to be billed Plan How it bills Pay-Per-Lead Invoiced for the leads you procure — suits volume that varies month to month. Unlimited A flat subscription with no per-lead charge — suits steady, higher volume. The only plan on which processor modes 0 and 1 are available. Your plan is set with the platform; if Pay-Per-Lead volume is climbing, Unlimited usually becomes cheaper — ask us to switch. Changes normally take effect at your next billing period, and a lead at the boundary is billed exactly once , on whichever plan was active when you procured it. What a plan change does to the leads you already have Every lead keeps the terms it arrived under, permanently. A plan change decides what happens to future leads only. Moving to Pay-Per-Lead: everything delivered on Unlimited stays fully yours — contact details, CRM export, assistant access and automations — whether or not it was ever worth selling on its own. Leads arriving after the switch need procuring. Moving to Unlimited: everything from the switch onward is yours outright. Leads you declined to buy beforehand stay locked — moving to a subscription is not the same as having bought them. Procure one and it opens immediately.

What you're charged for

What you're charged for Every invoice line traces to a specific lead — or to your subscription. Line Rule Each lead you procure (Pay-Per-Lead) Recorded at the price shown when you bought it, and invoiced exactly once. The flat subscription (Unlimited) One line per period. Every lead consumed is still itemised at $0, so you see what the fee covered. Discounts The rate in force when each lead was procured is stamped on that line. A later change never rewrites an old invoice. Tax Its own labelled line where a rate is configured for your account — never inside a lead's price. Never charged: leads that failed quality gates, sessions too short to become leads, and on Pay-Per-Lead anything you did not procure. Billing starts at your account's start date — no back-billing. All billing is in US dollars, handled through Stripe.

When you're charged

When you're charged The billing rhythm, start to finish. Your period closes Periods run from your account's billing start date; everything procured (or consumed) in one goes onto one invoice. The invoice is issued by email with its due date You always see the itemised invoice before any charge; procuring a lead charges nothing at that moment. On the due date, auto-pay charges your default card Without a card or with auto-pay off, the invoice waits for Pay now.

If an invoice goes unpaid

If an invoice goes unpaid The same schedule for every workspace, counted from the due date. Past due What happens 7 days First notice: the invoice, the amount, and the date the workspace would be suspended. 23 days Final notice, one week before suspension — always one week before, whatever your payment window. 30 days The workspace is suspended (for the standard 30-day window). A final email confirms it and says how to restore access. Until then the invoice shows Past due and the grace window is yours to settle in. Only a real balance can suspend a workspace — an invoice for $0 never does. These three emails go to your Billing email and to every admin , so a warning still arrives if the billing address is out of date; in Company Profile they show as Always sent rather than a switch. Invoice and refund notifications remain yours to turn off. Accounts settled manually — by invoice, bank transfer or agreement — get the reminder but no suspension date and no shutdown. Already paid outside LeadLogiX, or need a suspension lifted? Email ; we record the payment and restore access.

If your workspace is suspended

If your workspace is suspended Everything that costs money stops. Nothing that holds your data does. Seeing “This account has been disabled” and unable to sign in, or your API keys suddenly stopped working? A workspace is suspended for one reason — an invoice unpaid past the schedule above. Check Billing for a Past due invoice, or email . Closed How Sign-in Everyone is signed out and cannot sign back in, by password or SSO. Nobody new can be added, including through SSO. API keys Lead capture and the identity endpoints refuse requests with a message naming the suspension. Scheduled jobs CRM sync, reports and automations are skipped — not failed or deleted — and resume when access is restored. Connected apps Cut off without waiting for their access to expire. Their authorisation is preserved, so nothing needs re-approving. Leads, customer profiles, invoices, tags and settings are untouched, and your team's email addresses stay reserved. Restoring access brings back exactly what was switched off — an application you revoked earlier stays revoked. Every sub-workspace is suspended with its parent, and changes take about a minute in both directions. You'll know it worked: The invoice list shows the current cycle with the leads it covers. You are billed for leads that clear the quality gates, never for sessions — a period with many sessions and few leads costing little is the system working, not a billing error. “This account has been disabled” — everyone at once The workspace is suspended over an unpaid invoice. Pay it, or email if you already paid outside LeadLogiX. Nothing is lost while it lasts. A refund is not on my card statement The invoice shows the provider's own status the moment a refund is applied — Refunded or Partially refunded , each with its own confirmation number. Applied is not arrived: a card refund commonly takes a few business days to appear. A sub-workspace admin cannot find Billing By design: sub-workspaces have no bill and no Billing page. Their usage appears as a breakdown on the parent's invoice. An invoice has $0 lead lines You are on Unlimited: each consumed lead is itemised at $0 to show what the flat fee covered. Why a price can never change after the fact A lead's price is sealed when the lead is scored and carries an integrity signature. Billing can read it but never change it, and each lead is invoiced exactly once — so an old invoice always re-adds exactly, even after a discount change. The billing console, and refunds Tab What it holds Plan & Usage Your current plan, this period's usage, and whether a default card is set. Invoices Every invoice with its status. Open one to pay it, read its confirmation and receipt, and — with sub-workspaces — see a per-team breakdown of leads and cost. Payment Methods Add or remove cards (entered securely via Stripe) and set your default. Ledger Every charge, payment, refund, tax line and adjustment, each with its confirmation number — what you reconcile a card statement against. Refunds go back to the original payment method through the card processor, and are issued by the platform. Both the invoice and the Ledger show the refund the moment it is applied.
