Quick Setup Take a new workspace from empty to sending its first hot-lead alert, in the order that avoids rework. Before you start: An administrator role in this workspace — every step here is admin-only. Your AI Agents already writing finished conversations to LeadLogiX. About twenty minutes. Steps 5 and 6 can be done later. Do these in order — two of them block the others Lead Tags come before automations, because an automation picks the tags it covers and cannot pick one that does not exist yet. Email Engine comes before any email alert, because without it every send fails and the run still reports success.
· Invite your team Organization → Workspaces & Users → Invite team member Invite each person with their role Press Invite team member , enter the email, pick Admin , Procurement or Agent , send. The role decides what they see before they ever log in. Give every agent at least one tag On their row: Scoped tags , then Match mode . An agent with no tags sees an empty pool — the usual reason a new agent reports seeing nothing. Roles and scoping in full: Team, Roles & Access .
· Connect your Email Engine Settings → Email Engine — do this before any email alert Choose your provider and sender Pick Email Provider — Amazon SES, Google Workspace or any SMTP server — then fill in Sender Email , the From address recipients see. Use an address on a domain you control. Enter the credentials for that provider Google Workspace wants an App Password , not the login password. SES wants the SMTP username and password from the SES console, not your AWS console login. Press Save Email Engine Send Test Email to Me stays greyed out until a configuration is saved. Re-opening the page shows masked dots: that means it saved. Press Send Test Email to Me A test arrives at the address you are signed in with, naming the host it went through. A failure names the problem. Until the test lands, assume nothing sends — sending is fail-closed . Ports, providers and the form field by field: Email Engine reference .
· Turn on your first alert Settings → Automations Switch on Email me about hot leads It needs no credential beyond step 3. Choose which Lead Tags it covers Any tag with nobody on it is flagged right there as · no email address . Add the recipients to those tags Settings → Lead Tags , open each tag you picked, add the email addresses. Press Schedule, then enable the job Under Settings → Scheduled Jobs — Schedule creates it switched off. The job shows a next-run time. Remember it as tags say WHO, automations say WHICH . Texts, Slack and digests: Alerts & Notifications .
· Connect your CRM Settings → Scheduled Jobs → Connect a CRM — optional, do it when ready Press Connect a CRM and approve access in the pop-up A few providers instead need a key pasted into the Secret Vault under the exact name the screen shows. Enable the sync job when you are happy with its filters Scored leads flow out on a timer, with no CSV in the middle. Salesforce, HubSpot and webhook walkthroughs: Connect a CRM .
· Check billing Organization → Billing & Invoices — admin only Confirm the plan Add a payment method Invoices are collected from it automatically on their due date. You are charged only for leads that clear every quality gate, so the invoice and the pool should agree — see Billing & Plans . You'll know it worked: Your first scored lead appears in Main Menu → Clearing Pool with a quality score and a price. Until a conversation has been received and processed, an empty pool is the correct state and not a misconfiguration. If something is not working The alert never sends Usually the job is still switched off, then a badge on the automation's row, then a tag with no recipients. Work down the ordered list . An agent sees no leads They have no assigned tags, or none of their tags match anything yet. Anything else Start from the Troubleshooting index .
